VFR700 Motorcycle

Restored  and customized a 1984 Honda VFR700 Interceptor motorcycle. When it got to us, the bike did not run and was in need of serious TLC. We brought the engine back to life, fixed a majority of the cosmetic issues, and added DLA Aero custom touches like the wheels, fender eliminator, dash, and rear shock assembly. Fishing Boat Holding Tank Lid

A customer came to us after they lost the lid off of the holding tank of their bass boat. We took dimensions and fabricated a custom replacement that fit perfectly.

Aircraft Fabric Application

Using past experience in restoring fabric airplanes, we came up with the unique idea to utilize this material for the body of a Formula SAE racecar. The fabric is significantly lighter than fiberglass which most of the competitors were using. These methods can be applied to many applications other than racecars and aircraft.

Reindeer Repair

A client came to us after the gear level cracked off their mechanized Christmas reindeer set. We reverse engineered the broken piece, drew the part in CAD and 3d printed the replacements. Within 2 weeks, the reindeer were up and prancing again.
